Wijnaldum won two tackles and provided an assist during Sunday's 4-3 victory over Arsenal.

Wijnaldum got the start as a member of a midfield trio, and although he didn't get forward with great regularity, he was able to enter the box and set up Adam Lallana in the 49th minute to give the Reds their first lead. Wijnaldum could eventually be squeezed out of the lineup if the lineup is shuffled upon Daniel Sturridge's (hip) return, but his versatility could see him play a regular role regardless. A fixture with newly-promoted Burnley awaits next Saturday.

Manchester City need just a point to solidify their Champions League spot for next season, which keeps Kevin De Bruyne near the top of the midfielder rankings for the final week of the season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wijnaldum officially signed with Liverpool on Friday after transferring from Newcastle United.

The move has been widely speculated for a number of weeks, and Wijnaldum's arrival at Anfield certainly puts Adam Lallana's playing time in question. Wijnaldum was excellent in spurts last season, but went cold for a number of weeks, so the Reds will certainly hope he can provide more consistency this season.

Wijnaldum scored on both his shots on goal (one from PK) in Sunday's 5-1 season finale win over Tottenham.

Wijnaldum took a full advantage on the feast that Magpies took on the dispirited Spurs and scored his first goals since January. Despite the four-month dry spell, though, he'll still finish the season as the Magpies' top scorer, with 11 goals. The promising midfielder also has five assists taking part in every single Premier League game this season (36 starts).

Wijnaldum tallied an assist coming off the bench in Saturday's 2-2 draw versus Liverpool.

Wijnaldum has had moments of brilliance this season, but he's been used as a substitute in both of the last two games, which obviously limits his fantasy upside.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wijnaldum garnered an assist from two key passes during Sunday's 1-1 draw with Sunderland.

The midfielder was deployed in a defensive role and made few contributions going forward, but he was able to tee up Aleksander Mitrovic for the tying goal with seven minutes left to play. Wijnaldum is now up to four assists to go along with nine goals this season, but he hadn't factored into a goal in over two months prior to Sunday's and his fantasy stock would seemingly suffer from the positional change.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wijnaldum produced a fine stat line hauling in one goal, one assist, four shots (one on target), four key passes and five dribbles in the 2-1 victory over West Ham on Saturday.

Wijnaldum made a fine one-touch pass to set up Ayoze Perez to strike the opener. Then he finished, himself, a brutal Magpies' counter attack that started with a brilliant Jonjo Shelvey's long ball. The Magpies seem rejuvenated in the last two games and the winger has an integral role in that. He has two goals and assist in those two games. He's the team's leading scorer and with a total of nine goals and three assists on the season is one of the few fantasy gems in the embattled squad. Next up for the Magpies is a visit to the stingy Hornets next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wijnaldum scored a goal on four shots (two on target) in Tuesday's 3-3 draw with Manchester United.

As the halftime whistle neared, Wijnaldum played a beautiful 1-2 with Aleksandar Mitrovic and made no mistakes on the finish to make the score 2-1. Wijnaldum had two other chances to go for the double, putting one into the boot of David de Gea and the other in the back of the net from on offside position. On a team that struggles to score, the Dutch midfielder is a massive exception, showing terrific touch and creativity on and off the ball to manufacture goals and put pressure on opposing defenses.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wijnaldum scored a goal on five shots (one on target) in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Liverpool.

After Martin Skrtel's own goal, Newcastle looked to be on the razor's edge, willing to absorb pressure and hope that time elapsed, but a late break by Moussa Sissoko and a perfectly weighted ball found Wijnaldum's boot and a clever flick gave Newcastle the three points. The goal was the Dutch international's seventh of the Premier League season, but his first since his four goal outburst against Norwich City.
