Markovic is another name on the list of additions thanks to the £75 million sale of Luis Suarez to Barcelona. Markovic is only 20 years old, and he's got a bright future ahead of him, but it's tough to see him getting a starting role ahead of either Daniel Sturridge, Rickie Lambert or Raheem Sterling.

Liverpool are expected to pay up to £20 million for Markovic as part of their rebuilding effort to replace the lost production of Luis Suarez, who is expected to be sold to Barcelona. Markovic scored 12 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions for Benfica last season, and he could be a mainstay at Liverpool as he's just 20 years old.
