Zardes scored a goal on two shots (one on target) during USA's 2-1 win against Ecuador on Thursday.

As expected, Zardes was quite a threat with his speed and he contributed with his first goal of the tournament. The Galaxy attacker has looked very good over the past two games, and if he can keep this up on a consistent basis then his fantasy value will remain pretty high.

Zardes tallied an assist, one shot off target and one foul in Copa America 1-0 win over Paraguay on Saturday.

Zardes made a nice run to the goal line and cut the ball to the middle finding perfectly the unmarked Clint Dempsey, who netted the game-winner - that allowed USA to top group A. The Americans are awaiting their opponent at the quarterfinals on Thursday. Anybody in group B outside Brazil seem to have huge defensive lapses and if the Yanks avoid the five-time world champions, Zardes would have a high fantasy upside with his speed.
