RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno tallied two assists in Saturday's 2-2 draw versus Newcastle.

Moreno now has three assists in his last three league matches. Moreno's next match comes Thursday versus Villarreal in the first leg on the Europa League semifinal, and his next league match comes Sunday versus Swansea, who have only scored 16 home goals, third-worst in the Premier League. However, it may be hard to trust Liverpool's back line to record a clean sheet.

Moreno took four shots (one on target) and four crosses en route to a clean sheet in Wednesday's 4-0 victory over Everton.

In extremely lopsided game the Reds had 37 shots on goal, 11 of which came from the defensive line. After notching his first goal in two years just ten days earlier, Moreno was hungry for more and seemed to be the most persistent of the back four. He hasn't been much of a fantasy factor all year long but with Liverpool finding incredibly prolific rhythm of late he may be worth a look in the upcoming fixtures against Newcastle and Swansea.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno scored a goal and tallied an assist in Sunday's 4-1 victory over Stoke City.

Coming off a strong effort at Dortmund, Moreno filled up the stat sheet Sunday, providing the opening goal in the eighth minute—his first since Dec. 2014. The goal was only his third in a Liverpool kit as the 23-year-old is more of a provider than a goal scorer from his left back perch. Despite picking up a ton of points, one shouldn't look to Moreno as a consistent source of offense moving forward.

Moreno was expected to be fit for the match and after a late fitness test he's been written into the starting 11. He has appeared in 22 Premier League matches this season and totaled 28 shots, however he has yet to find the back of the net this campaign.

Moreno missed Liverpool's match against Southampton prior to the international break, but he's recovered from the ailment and is likely to re-assume his starting leftback spot.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno won four tackles, made two interceptions and provided two crosses during Sunday's 6-0 win over Aston Villa.

Typicaly known for his ability to join the attack, Morneo put forth a strong defensive effort Sunday, though the Reds' defense was put under little pressure. Moreno has proven himself to be a useful fantasy defender due to his ability to produce at both ends of the pitch, and this should remain the case even in the face of a tough matchup versus Manchester City the next time out.
