RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno has made 14 Premier League appearances for Liverpool this season.

Moreno seems to be a fixture in manager Brendan Rodgers' starting XI and he has three clean sheets on the season as a result. On top of that, he currently has two goals to his credit and is a solid option as a scoring defender.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno picked up a yellow card in Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Everton on Saturday.

Moreno now has three yellow cards over his first five Premier League matches, neutralizing much of his fantasy upside he creates by getting forward often. With a low probability of clean sheets and his propensity to pick up cards, fantasy owners should temper expectations despite his skills going forward.

Moreno scored in the 60th minute of Liverpool's 3-0 thrashing of Tottenham on Saturday, while also picking up his first clean sheet of the season.

Moreno put his skills on display with an incredible run down the left side, before drilling the ball across the goal and into the back of the net. The young Spaniard has significant fantasy upside with his ability to get involved in the high-powered Liverpool attack.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno (ankle) has been "recovering well this week" according to manager Brendan Rodgers and may return in time for Liverpool's clash with Tottenham on Sunday.

Moreno had an erratic debut, making a few errors to go with an excellent last man tackle. The young Spaniard will need some time to adjust to the Premier League and forge a defensive partnership with fellow new signing Dejan Lovren.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno left Etihad Stadium following Monday's loss to Manchester City limping and with his right ankle heavily taped, according to James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo.

Moreno got his first start at leftback for Liverpool on Monday, while pushing Glen Johnson over to the right side. He was brought in to help sure up a leaky back line, although next weekend's trip to White Hart Lane isn't a great one from a fantasy perspective in terms of a clean sheet.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno will be in the squad for Liverpool's upcoming clash with Manchester City, according to manager Brendan Rodgers.

Moreno, as expected, will be in the squad against Manchester City on Monday and may very well make the Liverpool starting XI. If the young Spainard starts at left back, it becomes unclear who mans the right side, with a competition between veteran Glen Johnson and new signing Javier Manquillo. Regardless, starting any Liverpool defender this week against the champions Manchester City is risky business, and should be avoided if possible.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Moreno is officially a Red after completing a move to Liverpool from Spanish side Sevilla on Saturday.

Moreno has finally completed his transfer to Merseyside, and after comments from manager Brandan Rodgers stating that the 22-year-old is "ready to come in and contribute straight away", it appears to be only a matter of time until Moreno is the nailed on left back at Anfield. This will push Glen Johnson into a competition for time at right back with new signing Javier Manquillo, and local boy John Flanagan. Moreno was not registered in time for Liverpool's season opener against Southampton, but will be in the squad for next week's clash with Manchester City.
