Torres admitted that he is unsure about his future with Chelsea and wouldn't mind returning to Atletico Madrid to play under former teammate Diego Simeone, according to Sky Sports.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been vocal about the lack of goals from his current set of strikers, and has been linked with a number of players. Torres has two years remaining on his current contract with the club.

Torres started Tuesday's Champions League match on the bench and made a substitute appearance under the watch of Inter Milan after recovering from a groin issue, reports the Daily Mail.

Inter Milan are reportedly interested in bringing the Chelsea striker to Italy, and were also watching John Obi Mikel as a midfield option. Torres had been sidelined since injuring his groin during warmups for a match against Tottenham in early March.

Torres (groin) is hoping to return to training before the end of the week and may be available for next week's Champions League match against Galatasaray, reports the Daily Mail.

Torres injured his groin warming up for last week's match against Tottenham. The striker was expected to be out for around two weeks, and this news would indicate that he is right on schedule.

Torres is expected to miss two weeks after injuring his groin during warmups ahead of Saturday's Premier League match against Tottenham, London24 reports. ďIt was muscular, a big surprise because he didnít go to the national team, he stayed with us and had his rest and training," manager Jose Mourinho said. "Sometimes these things happen. In the warm-up he felt something in his groin, with muscles even with a little thing you are out for a couple of weeks."

Samuel Eto'o got the start for Torres, and scored the opener, while Demba Ba made a second half appearance and bagged a brace. Torres has been in-and-out of the lineup this season because of multiple injuries, making him a fairly unreliable fantasy option.

Torres, who was announced in the starting XI for Saturday's match against Tottenham, was a late scratch after picking up an injury in warm-up, according to Sky Sports.

Samuel Eto'o entered the starting XI in his place, with more information about Torres likely coming out after the match.

Torres scored in the ninth minute of Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Galatasaray in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 on Wednesday.

Torres, who has battled a knee injury recently, started Wednesday's match, the first time he's been in the starting XI since January 11, which also happened to be the last time he scored a goal. Torres has four goals and two assists in Premier League play this season, plus another three goals in the Champions League.

Torres, who suffered a knee injury back on January 19, returned to action in Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Newcastle, coming on for Samuel Eto'o in the 69th minute.

Torres came one with Chelsea up 1-0, a lead they ultimately gave away in the 87th minute. Not that it was Torres' fault, although his lack of shots certainly didn't help the Blues try to extend their lead. He'll likely continue to work his way up in minutes, with his next shot coming Saturday against Manchester City in the FA Cup.

Torres (knee) is available for selection for Tuesday's match against West Brom, manager Jose Mourinho said Monday.

Torres has missed a few weeks with a sprained LCL, but could very well be inserted right back into the starting XI upon his return. It's a solid matchup for fantasy purposes, although if he does start, he's unlikely to go the full 90 minutes.
