Gardner put in five crosses and attempted four shots in Tuesday's draw with Leicester, including a stunning free-kick goal that tied the game in the 50th minute.

The 29-year-old stepped up and whipped the ball into the top corner, rooting Kasper Schmeichel to the spot. Gardner has three goals on the season, but all of them have come in the last seven league matches and he appears to be stepping his game up as the Baggies have adopted a more free-flowing approach of late.

Manchester City need just a point to solidify their Champions League spot for next season, which keeps Kevin De Bruyne near the top of the midfielder rankings for the final week of the season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Gardner notched a goal in on six shots (one on target) and picked up an assist and seven crosses in the Saturday's dramatic 3-2 win over Crystal Palace.

Gardner doubled his season tally in both goals and assists in an unexpectedly prolific game from him. It was arguably his best game of the season in an uncharacteristically aggressive offensively West Brom Side. With that said, though, he's not a strong fantasy weapon and it's hard to see him sustain this form. He's not even a regular starter with only 12 Premier League starts in 23 total appearances but this performance may have earned him another start on Tuesday against the league-leaders Leicester.

Gardner registered one assist and seven crosses in West Bromwich Albion's 2-1 loss to Bournemouth on Saturday.

Gardner made the most of a West Brom corner when he accurately found a streaking Gareth McAuley on the edge of the six-yard box to pick up his first assist of the season. Gardner fired off seven crosses and drew two fouls to go along with three takeaways but it was difficult for the midfielder to produce offensively with his side being down a man from the 33rd minute when James McClean was sent off.

Gardner returned to the starting XI for Saturday's 2-0 loss to Chelsea.

Gardner was suspended for the defeat against Newcastle last time out and replaced Youssuf Mulumbu in central midfield.

Gardner picked up a yellow card in Saturdayís 0-0 draw at Southampton.

Gardner proved a solid presence alongside Youssef Mulumbu in front of the visitorís defence for the teamís first clean sheet of the season. Gardner assisted one of Saido Berahinoís goals last time out and fantasy managers should note his modest threat from deep positions.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Gardner assisted on Saido Berhaino's 74th minute goal during West Brom's 2-2 draw with Sunderland on Saturday.

Gardner dealt with significant injuries last season, and as a result, he has already reached half of his assist total, with Saturday's coincidentally coming against his former club. He isn't expected to be a major contributor, even with his decent start.
