Aluko was named to Hull City's Starting XI for Sunday's match against West Ham United. The Hull City attack was limited and Aluko managed only two shot attempts despite playing the full 90 minutes.

Sunday was Aluko's first appearance since missing two matches with a groin injury. He will likely see similar playing time while teammates Nikica Jelavic and Abel Hernandez miss time due to injury.

Aluko could be in line to return to the lineup Saturday against West Ham United after missing out on the last match due to a calf injury, reports the Hull Daily Mail.

With fellow strikers Nikica Jelavic and Abel Hernandez out through the end of January, Aluko could be in line to be the best striker option for Hull City. A road tie against West Ham United will be tough to earn much fantasy value and Aluko will have to show improvement in his ability to finish to merit much fantasy consideration.

Aluko came on as a substitute in the 53rd minute Wednesday and scored the equalizing goal just six minutes later during Hull City's 1-1 draw against Everton.

Aluko has been used primarily as a substitute this season and now has one goal on just five shot attempts. It will be interesting to see if he gets any playing time when Abel Hernandez returns.

Aluko came on as a substitute in the 56th minute of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Newcastle United. He finished the match without attempting a shot, and was shown a yellow card for a hard foul on Newcastle's Yoan Gouffran.

Aluko is clearly behind Nikica Jelavic and Abel Hernandez in terms of playing time for Hull City. His fantasy value will remain low as he will see limited action for the foreseeable future.

Aluko came on as a substitute in Sunday's match against Aston Villa as the Tigers found themselves trailing late in the match. In just 19 minutes of action, Aluko attempted two shots, put one on target, and assisted on another shot attempt.

Sunday marked Aluko's first league appearance for Hull City this season. He is not expected to get much playing time, so his fantasy value will remain limited.

Aluko, who has missed the last few games with an ankle injury, will be given a late fitness test ahead of Sunday's match against Everton, the club's official web site reports.

Aluko has one goal and three assists in 17 appearances this season and even if he passes fit, he remains a marginal fantasy performer.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Aluko was unable to play Saturday against Aston Villa after picking up an ankle injury in training, the Hull Daily Mail reports. His status for the rest of the season is in question.

Despite making only nine starts for Hull City this season, Aluko has picked up a goal and three assists in 19 total appearances. With his status in question for the rest of league play, he will likely be a non-factor for the rest of the fantasy season.

Aluko was able to return from a hamstring injury and come into the match Saturday against Hull City in the 67th minute as a substitute. Despite playing limited time he was able to pick up an assist as he was able to find Shane Long with a cross that led to the second Tiger goal during the 2-2 draw.

Hull City will have a double gameweek in Week 37 as they play Aston Villa and Manchester United.
