Cassano didn't make the 24-man squad for Friday's clash against AC Milan with a stomach bug.

While this minor issue kept Cassano out of the squad for this game he should back in action very soon. With that being said, though, the veteran doesn't have the same major role he used to have and with no appearances this season yet isn't a big fantasy factor, anyways.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cassano heads into Tuesday's match against Fiorentina with no goals in his last eight matches.

Cassano started the season off hot, scoring three goals in his first two games, and four in his first four, but his last goal came back on Oct. 25 against Sassuolo and his struggles have coincided with Parma's, as they've gone 1-6-1 during his scoreless drought.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cassano scored twice in Parma's 3-2 victory over Chievo on Sunday, giving him three goals in two Serie A matches this season.

Parma have scored seven goals over that span, thought they've also allowed seven. That being said, Cassano isn't a fantasy contributor for his defensive specialties, so if the scoring keeps up, he could certainly work toward besting last year's finish of 12 goals in 34 appearances.
