Gomes made five saves while recording a clean sheet in a scorless draw to Southampton on Sunday.

Gomes was excellent, recording his second consecutive clean sheet, but was once again not afforded any help from his offense. Gomes will have to be at his absolute best in the team's next league fixture when Watford travels to the Ethiad to take on Manchester City.

Gomes made no saves while recording a clean sheet in a 0-0 draw to West Brom on Saturday.

West Brom took six shots, but none were on target, leading to a quiet night for the 34-year-old keeper. After making a trio of saves in the team's last fixture against Everton, Gomes will be happy to record his first clean sheet in the EPL since April 2, 2011 when Tottenham drew Wigan. The team takes on Southampton in their next fixture and Gomes will look to make it two clean sheets in a row.

Gomes made three saves and conceded two goals in a 2-2 draw to Everton on Saturday.

If this game is any indication for the rest of the season, it could be a long season for Gomes. Everton seemingly had possession the whole match and kept Gomes on his heels all game long. He'll look to play better against West Brom next Saturday.

Gomes was sent on loan from Tottenham to Hoffenheim for the remainder of the season.

Gomes has not featured for Tottenham since Brad Friedel and Hugo Lloris have established them as Tottenham's preferred options in goal. Hoffenheim will likely give him the opportunity to reclaim a spot in the Brazil squad ahead of next year's World Cup.
