Myhill recorded a pair of saves but conceded three goals in West Brom's loss to Chelsea on Sunday.

Myhill and West Brom's defense started poorly, allowing all three goals to Chelsea during the first half Sunday. In doing so, the Baggies have now conceded three goals in two of their three matches so far this season, a vulnerability manager Tony Pulis will focus on improving moving forward.

Myhill was outstanding, making five saves while recording a clean sheet in Saturday's goalless draw against Watford.

While being peppered with shots all afternoon, Myhill stood tall, making five saves while not conceding a goal. With the Baggies not being a particularly high scoring team, having yet to score this season and averaging just one goal per game last season, Myhill will need to be in good form if they want to remain in the top-flight.

Myhill had his one-year option picked up by West Brom on Sunday.

Myhill played very well in place of the injured Ben Foster this season, and while Foster is expected to be fit for next season, Myhill proved to be a capable deputy and could see playing time next year behind a Tony Pulis-designed defense.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Myhill made a career-high 13 saves during West Brom's 3-0 loss to Manchester City on Saturday.

West Brom went down to 10 men just 90 seconds into the match, and Manchester City responded by peppering him with 43 shots, including 16 on goal. It wasn't the best way for Myhill to rack up fantasy points, though he's got a decent couple of fixtures coming up against QPR and Leicester City, though it's possible Ben Foster returns for them.

Myhill is expected to start for West Brom on Saturday against Manchester City, as Ben Foster has been ruled out for a month because of a knee injury, The Guardian reports.

Given the timing, Myhill will have a number of opportunities to produce for fantasy owners, and he actually has a decent run of matches after this weekends, playing QPR on April 4 and Leicester City on April 11.

Myhill made five saves but gave up two goals during Monday's 2-2 draw with Aston Villa.

Myhill rested over the international break to help recover from an Achilles injury that has bothered him for the month of November. While he was fit to play Monday, fantasy owners were surely hoping for a better result. Ben Foster (ankle) is expected back soon, although there has been talk that Myhill could still keep his spot in the starting XI.

Myhill has pulled out of upcoming action for Wales due to Achilles and thumb issues, according to Sky Sports.

Myhill has reportedly been dealing with the issues for quite some time and he'll use the international break to rest up before the Premier League schedule starts up again for West Brom, which happens on November 25 against Aston Villa.
