RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Dorrans is fighting an illness and rejoined training this past week, but still wasn't feeling 100 percent, according to manager Alex Neil.

Dorrans doesn't provide much value, having zero goals and one assist in over 1,000 league minutes this season. Even if he is healthy, don't expect him to shine on Saturday.

Dorrans had an assist in Norwich's 5-4 loss to Liverpool at Carrow Road on Saturday.

Dorrans played his part in an exhilarating affair, though his fantasy upside continues to be fairly limited, even when compared to some of his teammates like Robbie Brady or Nathan Redmond.

Dorrans assisted West Brom's only goal in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to West Ham.

Dorrans saw his 10th-minute free kick headed in by centre back Craig Dawson to put the home side 1-0 up. The Scottish midfielder now has three assists on the season and is well on the way to reaching at least half a dozen.

Dorrans scored the final goal and set up two others in the 4-0 win at home to Burnley.

Dorrans flicked on James Morrison's corner in the 45th minute for Saido Berahino to head home before he played a delightful ball to the same man in the 57th minute to make it 3-0. The Scottish midfielder completed the rout in the 90th minute by slotting home Cristian Gamboa's cross. Dorrans looks a good bet to stay in the side and could get as many as half a dozen assists and two to three goals this season.

Dorrans recovered from an injury to start the 2-0 defeat to Everton on Saturday.

Dorrans played the full 90 minutes for manager Alan Irvine’s side and could do little to stop West Brom being dominated for large parts of the game. The Scotland international has offered fantasy managers very little food for thought so far this campaign and the competition for places in a struggling side could see his value fall further. If Dorrans does stay in the side he can be relied upon for a couple of goals and assists, though nothing more than that.

Dorrans (heel) trained on Thursday and should be fit enough to make Saturday’s game against Everton, manager Alan Irvine reported to the official club website.

Dorrans (heel) was yet another of West Brom’s players to pick up an injury whilst on international duty and had to return home from the Scotland squad as a result. Dorrans has played every game for manager Alan Irvine’s new look West Brom side so far this season and has yet to pick up a goal or assist, and can be expected to notch a couple in each column as the season goes on.
