Huth joined Leicester City on Monday on loan from Stoke City for the rest of the season.

Huth wasn't getting much playing time with Stoke, so the move is at least a positive one from that standpoint. Unfortunately, he's not impactful enough to make the Foxes a sudden defensive power.

Huth may be sent on loan to a Championship side this winter despite his desire to move to a Premier League club, reports the Daily Mail.

Huth (knee) returned to training Friday and could rejoin the first team next week.

Huth probably won't be ready for Saturday's FA Cup tie with Leicester City, but he may be able to get back for Stoke's next Premier League match, which comes January 12 against Liverpool.

Huth will not feature during the holiday period for Stoke, according to the Mirror.

Huth had knee surgery at the beginning of December, which is a worthy explanation for not playing during the holiday period. That being said, he may be able to get back on the pitch in the early part of January.

Huth has progressed well in his rehabilitation after knee surgery and he could return to training next week, the Stoke Sentinel reports.

Huth had surgery on his knee at the end of November and was supposed to miss up to six weeks, so talk of almost being ready to train is certainly good news.

Huth is set to undergo surgery on his injured knee and could miss up to six weeks, the BBC reports.

Huth has started every one of Stoke's Premier league and Capital One Cup matches this season, although he was forced off after 76 minutes in last week's match against Sunderland. It's clearly a tough blow, although the six-week timeframe could have been longer.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Huth has started all 11 of Stoke City's Premier League games this season, picking up three clean sheets, one assist, and four yellow cards.

Huth's physicality has probably earned him too many yellow cards for his fantasy owners' liking to begin this season.

Huth made a rare assist in Saturday's win over Crystal Palace.

Huth found himself in Crystal Palace's penalty box in the 62nd minute of Saturday match, when he slightly touched the ball over to defensive partner Ryan Shawcross, who scored to give Stoke the win.
