This article is part of our Weekly Hitter Rankings series.

MLB must have known something when they only scheduled two games for Monday. There are now five after three postponements from last week were rescheduled to kick off the last week of the season.

Six teams have seven games with the Pirates of all teams lined up for a solid week. The Indians also are in good shape. The other teams with a full week include the Tigers, Royals, Marlins and Mets.

The rest of the league plays six games with the Nationals heading the pack visiting two great hitting parks with Coors Field early and Fenway Park to close the campaign .

The Braves and Rockies will only makeup their game postponed last week on Monday, Oct., 4 if it matters for the NL East race.
