Al Geiberger shot the first PGA Tour 59 at the 1977 Memphis Classic, Chip Beck was second at the 1991 Las Vegas Invitational, David Duval was third at the 1999 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, Paul Goydos was fourth in 2010 at the John Deere Classic and this week Stuart Appleby was fifth at the Greenbrier Classic.
