Gotterup posted a three-under cumulative score at the PGA Championship to finish in a four-way tie for 10th.
ANALYSIS
Gotterup's best round at Aronomink was his five-under 65 score Friday, when he birdied each of the final three holes of the round. He couldn't take advantage of the easier pin placements Saturday, ending the day with a one-over 71 that essentially dropped him out of contention for his first major victory. Gotterup ended the tournament third in SG: Off-the-Tee (including third in driving distance), T4 in bogeys, T16 in GIR and top-30 in SG: Approach and Putting, though he also ranked 62nd in SG: Around-the-Green. It was Gotterup's fourth top-10 finish of the 2026 season and first since the Houston Open in late March. He'll have at least one week off, as he's not listed in the field for THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson.
