Trade Deadline Live Blog

This might end up being anti-climatic, given how much has already occurred, but we're going to track today's events here in the blog in addition to our usual coverage.

Will there be any other big names traded, or will Roy Halladay stay put? As far as I can tell, the one remaining big name player yet to be dealt but still in the conversation is Victor Martinez.

I've also heard Adrian Gonzalez's name being dangled, but for the life of me, I can't understand why the Padres would entertain any notion of trading him, given how affordable he is to them. The only thing that would make sense is if they were just blown away by a prospect package, and then slid in Kyle Blanks to play first. But that would undervalue just how good he is, unless they got multiple blue-chip prospects back.

So, you tell me - what other names do you expect to hear today?
