Embarrassment of Riches

I'm in a 12-team NFL.com Expert League, and I have too many good players. The team is 5-0 and has 100 points more than the next highest team. This is a good problem to have, but it's hard to decide who to start each week, and I'm trying to put together 2-for-1 and 3-for-2 trades to make my decisions easier and my overall starters better. It's a 1-QB, 2-RB, 3-WR, 1 FLEX, PPR, 6 pts. per passing TD league. Here's the team:

QB Eli Manning
QB Matt Leinart
RB Ronnie Brown
RB Ray Rice
RB Kevin Smith
RB Knowshon Moreno
RB Ahmad Bradshaw
WR Larry Fitzgerald
WR Steve Smith (NYG)
WR Dwayne Bowe (acquired via trade for Jerome Harrison before last week)
WR Braylon Edwards
WR Nate Washington
WR Robert Meachem
TE Kellen Winslow
K Jeff Reed
D New York Giants

There are only six RB/WR slots, and you can only start 3 RBs at most. That means I have to sit two of Brown, Moreno, Smith, Rice and Bradshaw each week. (This week Brown is on bye, so I have to sit one). You start 3-4 WR, but with 3 RBs every week, I end up with just 3. That means I have to sit one of Bowe, Smith, Fitzgerald, Edwards. (I won't sit Fitz, so it's between the other three).

It's a tough call every week.

This week, I have Edwards, Brown and Bradshaw on the bench for now, but I'm trying to thin out my roster via trade. I offered Moreno, Smith and Bowe for Adrian Peterson, Michael Crabtree and Roy Williams, and it was rejected without a counter. (In a 12-team PPR with 3 WR and a flex, two top-15 WRs and a top-15 back is a pretty big package for AP). I've got Smith for Calvin Johnson SU out there, but as the owner hasn't responded in 24 hours or so, I'm doubtful that will get done. Who else is there to target besides Calvin and AP? Do I really want to trade three good players for 2 when the two are of the Greg Jennings/Steve Smith (CAR) level? Is the slight upgrade worth the downgrade in depth and the help to other teams with holes? What does one do with such an embarrassment of riches? I could also trade for a QB, but in a 1-QB league, they're a dime a dozen. Do I really want to move a Moreno or Ray Rice (PPR) level back for an Aaron Rodgers or Philip Rivers?

I haven't asked about Andre Johnson or Peyton Manning because owners never sell guys like that high. I only asked for Peterson and offered a lot because he's the only one I'd be willing to pay retail for, and even that wasn't enough.

Any suggestions?
