RotoWire Leads Fantasy Sports Awards

RotoWire won the most awards between the Fantasy Sports Writer Association and Fantasy Sports Trade Association awards at last week's FSTA winter conference.

Here's an article on the event:

"It was another banner year for Rotowire."

It's the fourth year in a row we've won six awards, which is just amazing considering the FSWA continues to have more entries each year. We've been on an amazing roll, winning 24 of the 68 awards the FSWA has handed out in the past four years. The next highest company has seven awards over that period.

In my opinion, the FSWA awards are the most coveted in the fantasy industry because all the organizations and writers enter their best work. It's very competitive, and the results are judged by an independent panel of journalism professionals and academics who are not in the fantasy industry. Plus the FSWA.org tries to promote the concept of fantasy sports writers as credible and important sports analysts and authors.

We were also honored to win the Most Valuable Content Award from the FSTA against a very strong field of our collegues. It's a group  award and a reflection of the teamwork among our large staff of fulltimers and expansive writer network.

Here's a breakdown of the FSWA awards
