- I'm in the very unfortunate spot of carrying four catchers right now - Wilin Rosario, Conger, and Alex Avila & Ramon Hernandez on the DL. I gave serious consideration to dropping Hernandez, and I'm thinking more so now that was the right play. Instead, I dropped Steve Lombardozzi, with Dustin Pedroia back in the lineup. Only problem is that it leaves me without a net at my MI spots.
- I put in a token bid on Ryan Cook, but I'm not willing to spend $100+ on a guy that's in a committee, not when I'm leading in saves. In other leagues, I'd have been more aggressive.
- Always pay attention to the drops. I'm not sure what to make out of Ubaldo Jimenez, but even if I got him and didn't use him, it was a chance to gamble on upside that I missed out on.
