Developing offensive game

August 25, 2021
Tchamwa Tchatchoua has impressed this offseason with strides in his offensive game, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
ANALYSIS
Tchamwa Tchatchoua appeared in all 29 games last season as a reserve, but still averaged more minutes (19.1 mpg) than starting center Flo Thamba (15.1 mpg). While the rotation of big men allowed Baylor to keep up its defensive energy with fresh legs, it appears Tchamwa Tchatchoua may have a way to separate himself from the competition. He was already the superior offensive option at 6.4 ppg last year, but Rothstein now believes he can be a breakout player. That makes him worth keeping an eye on in Big 12-only formats, as well as those that value center eligibility.
