Zach Charbonnet
Running BackRB
2020 Fantasy Outlook
As a top-50 recruit coming out of high school, Charbonnet was expected to challenge for consistent reps as a true freshman and didn’t disappoint, racking up 11 rushing touchdowns and 726 yards on 149 carries (4.9 YPC) as the Wolverines’ leading rusher in 2019. However, that equated to just 28 percent of the team’s carry count all season, barely eclipsing Hassan Haskins. Haskins was actually more efficient with his work too, notching 5.1 yards per carry. While it would be slightly surprising if Charbonnet’s work didn’t increase slightly, though the presence of Haskins and the reinstated Chris Evans could challenge him. At the very least, Charbonnet seems like a good bet to handle plenty of goal-line work, considering all 11 of his touchdowns came in the red zone. Read Past Outlooks
