2025 Fantasy Outlook
Trayanum is in an interesting spot for his fifth collegiate season after transferring to Toledo back in December. The veteran running back has bounced between three teams previously, with the Rockets now being his fourth, and he hasn't been the star of the show for any of them so far, most recently dealing with injury problems last year at Kentucky. He'll join a Rockets offense whose 2024 RB1, Connor Walendzak, amassed just 458 yards off 128 carries. That said, Trayanum impressed in the spring and is likely head-and-shoulders above the rest, commanding a much larger share of the totes than the lead rusher did a season ago. Walendzak is back to provide depth, as is Willie Shaw, and the team also dipped into the portal for another transfer in Kenji Christian from North Carolina A&T. Read Past Outlooks
Finds score in blowout
Trayanum recorded 11 rushes for 36 yards and one touchdown and reeled in all six targets for 52 yards during Wednesday's 42-3 win against Northern Illinois.
ANALYSIS
Trayanum was questionable heading into the matchup after a two-game absence, but he ended up playing and punching in a second-quarter touchdown. The senior running back has now logged eight touchdowns in his last six games. Trayanum was still used conservatively, likely because he was easing back from his injury. He should get a higher volume at Miami-Ohio next Wednesday.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Kentucky helped turn Ray Davis into an NFL Draft pick last season, and Trayanum is hoping to be next in line after an uneventful stop at Ohio State following his departure from Arizona State. Trayanum has never had a starter's workload - his career-high in carries is just 85 - and his career YPC is a pedestrian 4.9. Still, Trayanum was rated as a four-star talent out of high school and as a transfer and this could be his shot to show what he can do as a full-time starter in an offense that loves to ride with its workhorse.
