Gets pulled in blowout loss
Bryant completed 17 of 34 passes for 123 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 38-14 loss to Duke.
ANALYSIS
Bryant recorded season-lows in both completion percentage (50) and yards per attempt (3.6), and he was pulled after the Blue Devils took a 38-7 lead in the fourth quarter. The Cincinnati transfer has now recorded 4.7 yards per attempt and a 2:3 TD:INT through his first three games of the season, and he could be in jeopardy of losing his starting job to Brendan Sullivan if he does not improve his production and efficiency moving forward.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Bryant is currently in a quarterback battle with Evan Prater for the starting job, but it appears to be his spot to lose. Bryant spent the first three seasons of his career at Cincinnati before transferring to Eastern Michigan in 2021, where he tossed for 3,121 yards, 14 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Bryant then transferred back to Cincy, where the departure of Desmond Ridder to the NFL left the job open at quarterback. Assuming he’s the starter, Bryant will have some weapons at his disposal despite the departures of leading receiver and rusher Alec Pierce and Jerome Ford. Cincinnati returns wideouts Tyler Scott and Tre Tucker, who each had at least 30 catches and 420 yards in 2021. Incoming running back transfer Corey Kiner from LSU should also help solidify the offense. While it might not reach the lofty heights of 2021, Luke Fickell’s offense should again be among the best in the AAC.
