Oakley saw his role in the passing game explode against Cincinnati, drawing 11 targets after totaling just nine targets across Kansas State's first three games combined. The Wildcats' pass-heavy game script certainly helped, but the dramatic increase in usage is impossible to ignore for fantasy managers looking for tight end production. If even a portion of that workload carries forward, Oakley could quickly emerge as one of the more relevant fantasy tight ends in the Big 12.
