2025 Fantasy Outlook
The Nittany Lions have an embarrassment of riches at running back, but Singleton is the marquee guy at the position. Kaytron Allen's presence as the change-of-pace back helps to keep Singleton fresh for late-game heroics, and he didn't disappoint at critical points last season. He scored five touchdowns over Penn State's two CFP contests, topping off a season where he compiled 1,099 yards and 12 touchdowns. Singleton has also distinguished himself as a capable pass-catcher out of the backfield, amassing 78 receptions for 768 yards and eight touchdowns over three seasons. The 6-0, 225-pound back will continue to work in tandem with Allen in one, if not the most talented running back room in the country. Singleton is noted for his breakaway speed and pass-catching ability and figures to be a major factor on a national championship-contending offense led by second-year offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki. Dominant in blowout win
Singleton recorded eight rushes for 19 yards and two touchdowns and hauled in 4 of 5 targets for 37 yards during Saturday's 46-11 win over Nevada.
ANALYSIS
Singleton and Kaytron Allen form one of the best running back tandems in the country, and both backs showed their stuff in Penn State's opener. Singleton is projected to build a stronger fantasy resume over Allen as the season progresses, and he got off on the right foot with two touchdowns on the ground and solid contributions in the passing game.

2022
Penn State sported a two-headed backfield again with Singleton and Kaytron Allen again in 2023, and there's little reason to anticipate a chance on that front this season. Even though Singles tallied almost 300 fewer yards and four fewer touchdowns on the ground, he still had 15 more carries last year. The biggest reason for this discrepancy is Singleton went from 6.8 YPC to 4.4 YPC. Even so, he's an explosive back who seems bound to bounce back on the front. He also salvaged some fantasy value last season by reeling in 26 of his 31 targets, turning them into 308 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns to far surpass Allen as a receiving option. Singleton did establish himself more in the latter half of the 2023 campaign, but the risk of splitting carries will need to be weighed when grappling with selecting him.
