Past Fantasy Outlooks
2022
2020
Tyler has been an impactful player during his four years spent at Ball State, and it appears likely that he will continue to put up impressive numbers in his final season with the team. Throughout his college career with the Cardinals, Tyler has accumulated 132 catches for 1,824 yards and 21 touchdowns, but did not have as many receiving yards his senior year as was expected. He had 487 yards and 49 receptions, but did end up leading his team with six receiving touchdowns. Following fellow wide receiver Justin Hall’s pursuit of a career in the NFL, Tyler looks to be one of Ball State’s top receivers this upcoming season. Accompanied by Jayshon Jackson, who put up explosive numbers during his first year with the Cardinals, the two look to make a promising offensive duo.
Tyler finished his sophomore season with more than 60 yards in back-to-back games, as he wound up averaging a robust 18.7 yards per catch with five touchdowns for the season. Another step should be in store this year, making the junior wideout a sneaky fantasy sleeper.
