Stong was brought in by Arizona following the season-ending torn ACL that Kyler Murray suffered Dec. 12 versus New England, but he's since been relieved of his duties following Tuesday's transaction and addition of quarterback James Morgan to the team's practice squad. Strong will now wait for further opportunities to make his NFL debut.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Strong went somewhat surprisingly undrafted in April due to fears about the health of his knee, as he underwent one surgery in high school and another in February of 2021. His numbers were excellent in his final season for Nevada, as he completed 70 percent of his passes for 4,175 yards and 36 touchdowns while throwing just eight interceptions. There's more talent here than there is for most undrafted quarterbacks, but Strong will be fighting for a third-string role at most, as Gardner Minshew looks like a quality backup behind Jalen Hurts.
