2024 Projections
2023 Fantasy Outlook
The Titans traded up to draft Levis in the second round this year, ending his slide after he was projected to go in the top 10. He'll be 24 when training camp starts but is still a raw prospect after throwing 23 INTs in two seasons as a college starter. At 6-3, 232, he has the prototypical frame for a QB and is plenty mobile. Levis has a powerful arm and played in a pro-style offense at Kentucky, but accuracy is a concern. His place on the depth chart is also an issue. Ryan Tannehill is the unquestioned starter, and 2022 third-round pick Malik Willis -- who started three games last season -- is still around, so it’s not a lock Levis gets the call if Tannehill goes down. Whoever is under center likely will hand the ball to Derrick Henry a lot anyway. The Titans are thin on pass catchers, counting almost entirely on second-year leaps from WR Treylon Burks and TE Chigoziem Okonkwo after failing to bring in draft picks or free agents to replace offseason losses Robert Woods and Austin Hooper. Barring a Tannehill trade, this sets up as a development year for Levis. Read Past Outlooks

Gets new No. 1 WR as Henry departs
Levis (foot) will enter the 2024 NFL season with new skill-position talent, headlined by Calvin Ridley being slated to join the Titans on a four-year, $92 million contract, and by Derrick Henry set to be replaced by Tony Pollard in the backfield, Turron Davenport of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Tennessee adding a hopeful true No. 1 wideout in Ridley is arguably just as impactful as Henry's tenure as the franchise face finally coming to an end. Ridley joins veteran DeAndre Hopkins, giving Levis two proven pass-catchers who both surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in 2023, allowing Treylon Burks to slide down to the No. 3 role and benefit from lesser defensive coverage. On paper, Levis now looks set to benefit from one of the best three-receiver groups in the league, while the recently re-signed Nick Westbrook-Ikhine is a capable fourth man. Pollard, meanwhile, isn't nearly the between-the-tackles bruiser that Henry was, but he brings true three-down versatility and a skillset that's more interchangeable with second-year pro Tyjae Spears, allowing the Titans to swap both backs out freely without hinting at any specific playcall. Levis said in February at Super Bowl LVIII that he was already "close" to healthy, per Jim Wyatt of the team's official site.

Gaining weapons for second season
Jeffri Chadiha of NFL.com pinpoints Levis as a player poised for improvement based on his team's offseason moves.
ANALYSIS
Tennessee is putting the quarterback out of Kentucky in position to succeed in his second NFL season, as the Titans have signed three key free agents on offense in wide receiver Calvin Ridley, running back Tony Pollard and center Lloyd Cushenberry. Levis started nine games as a rookie in a run-heavy offense built around Derrick Henry and without a significant receiving threat behind DeAndre Hopkins. In 2024, Levis will have a second big-name wideout to target, a running back coming off a 55-catch season and a dependable veteran snapping him the ball.
