A T6 in Puerto Rico and a T21 in Houston were the only top-30 finishes Highsmith had before he got red hot in the fall to lock up his PGA Tour card for 2025. Even though Highsmith missed double digit cuts as a rookie, he could post a lot of red numbers as he ranked top-15 on Tour in birdie average. There were positives to take from all parts of his game finishing top-60 on Tour in total driving, GIR percentage, SG: Around-the-Green and putts per GIR.
