Jan Levine's final Fantasy Hockey Barometer features Nick Suzuki, whose outstanding play is helping keep the Canadiens in the playoff picture.

This week's best waiver wire picks include Jordan Eberle, who's only nine percent owned in Yahoo! leagues, and has two goals and eight assists in his last 10 games.

Evan Berofsky's waiver wire picks include Bryan Rust, who continues to produce at a high level this season and is still available in 59 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

This week's barometer includes changes in New York, as since the Rangers acquired J.T. Miller and moved Mika Zibanejad to right wing, Zibanejad has five goals and 13 assists in 17 games.

Mittelstadt fit in nicely with Colorado after being acquired from Buffalo last season. As a member of the Avalanche, he scored four goals and recorded 10 points in 18 regular-season games, along with three goals and six assists in 11 playoff contests. Mittelstadt will center the second line after inking a three-year, $17.25 million contract with Colorado during the offseason. He has come close to reaching the 60-point plateau in each of the last two campaigns and could surpass that mark in 2024-25, especially if he logs time on the top power-play combination. Mittelstadt will provide the Avalanche with some much-needed secondary scoring in his first full season with the organization.
