PROMO CODE ALL

We're fresh out of Labor Day Weekend ready to begin the final month of the MLB regular season with some big-time matchups. Step up to the plate with the FanDuel promo code tonight, and if your first bet wins, you'll get $300 in bonus bets.

New users can sign up for a new account with one of the best sportsbook promos on the diamond, and there are plenty of great spots to land that initial wager tonight. The Mets-Tigers series got underway yesterday with a 10-8 slugfest, and both teams will be ready with the bats in hand. The Braves-Cubs will also look to match the excitement from Monday's series opener, as the Cubs overcame a 6-1 deficit to win in extra innings.

There may not be any football on today's agenda at one of the top sports betting apps, but you'll have plenty of options in MLB odds to choose from. We've also got a two-game slate on this Tuesday, and that also means we're two days away from the kickoff of NFL odds with the Cowboys-Eagles season opener on Thursday.

Best Bets for MLB Games on Tuesday, September 2, 2025

Best Bets for Seattle Mariners at Tampa Bay Rays | Brandon Lowe: Hit a Home Run (+330)

Tonight's matchup against Bryan Woo isn't necessarily the best one on paper, but there are plenty of advanced metrics to… woo… you in one of MLB's best hitting ballparks. For one, Lowe has homered three times in his last five games; over the last 10 games, he's got a massive 80% fly ball/line drive rate, 30% barrel rate, and ZERO pop-ups.

If that wasn't enough, Lowe is smashing Woo's pitch mix (4SFB, SNK, CH) this season, hitting the 4-seam fastball (.618 SLG/.326 ISO – 9 HR) best of all, and that's what Woo is testing left-handed hitters with 56.4% of the time. Lowe has 28 homers this season, and 21 of them have come against pitches in Woo's arsenal.

Best Bets for San Francisco Giants at Colorado Rockies | Kyle Freeland o3.5 Strikeouts (-125)

Taking a pitcher prop at Coors Field seems like it could be a high-wire act, but the numbers are in our favor for tonight's matchup. Freeland has fanned 4+ hitters in four of his last five starts, including 5+ Ks in each of his last three times out. Tonight, he'll face a Giants lineup that has the fifth-most Ks on the road and seventh-most Ks against lefties.

Freeland has been posting the higher strikeout numbers lately without going too deep into the game, and it's worth noting, the last six lefty starters to face the Giants have all pitched a minimum of five innings while accumulating a combined 1.09 WHIP in those starts; less baserunners = more innings pitched. Logan Webb goes for San Francisco tonight, so there will be some added motivation for Freeland to pitch well, and hopefully pitch long enough to notch four Ks in the process.

Best Bets for Athletics at St. Louis Cardinals | Jacob Wilson: 3+ Hits/Runs/RBI (+155)

In the nine games since returning from the injured list, Wilson has gone 14-for-37 (.378 AVG) with three doubles, two homers, 10 RBI and seven runs. There is not one single pitcher on the day's entire slate that has a lower K-rate (16.5%) than Miles Mikolas, and that's not going to play well against one of the best contact hitters in baseball.

Wilson already has zaftig -145 odds to record 2+ H/R/RBI in this matchup, so I'll take it a step further and turn this into a plus-money situation.

Best Bets for MLB Games Today

  • Brandon Lowe (TB): Hit a Home Run (+330)
  • Jacob Wilson (ATH): 3+ Hits/Runs/RBI (+155)
  • Kyle Freeland (COL): o3.5 Strikeouts (-125)

Best Events to Use the FanDuel Promo Code for Tuesday, September 2, 2025

  • MLB: New York Mets at Detroit Tigers, 6:40 p.m. ET | Will the bats show up again in the Motor City, or will the two young pitchers shut down these two deadly offenses? Nolan MacLean and Sawyer Gipson-Long go toe-to-toe in his big interleague battle.
  • MLB: Atlanta Braves at Chicago Cubs, 7:40 p.m. ET | The Cubs overcame a huge deficit to beat the Braves yesterday. Two southpaws, Joey Wentz and Shota Imanaga, do battle tonight at Wrigley in the second game of this series.
  • MLB: New York Yankees at Houston Astros, 8:10 p.m. ET | There is certainly no love lost in this rivalry between the Astros and Yankees, and they both have nearly identical records at this point in the season. The Yanks still have a shot at the AL East, while the Astros are trying to hold on to the AL West.
  • WNBA: New York Liberty at Golden State Valkyries, 10 p.m. ET | The WNBA Playoffs are less than two weeks away, as the Liberty (5-seed) and Valkyries (6-seed) are clawing for positioning.
  • WNBA: Indiana Fever at Phoenix Mercury, 10 p.m. ET | Caitlin Clark's absence hasn't deterred the Fever, who will still make the playoffs by winning the Commissioner's Cup.
