Xfinity Series debut at Martinsville
Kvapil will drive the No. 88 Chevrolet for JR Motorsports in the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Martinsville Speedway on April 6, the team announced.
ANALYSIS
Kvapil drives in the zMAX CARS Tour Late Model Series for JRM and has won the last two championships. He will join the likes of Josh Berry, William Byron and Sam Mayer as Late Model drivers to join the Xfinity Series team. Kvapil's father Travis made his Cup Series debut at Martinsville back in 2004. JRM's No. 88 entry will run on a limited time basis again in 2024 with the only other confirmed race being Bubba Pollard at Richmond the week prior. Kvapil is a young star in the making and may eventually make the jump full-time to the Xfinity Series with JRM in the future.
