2025 Fantasy Outlook
This team was a multi-driver effort in 2024 although they did grab some impressive results. The rotation picked up one pole position and five Top 10's throughout last season. Brett Moffitt and Sawalich would get most of the time in the driver's seat with 12 of the 23 starts. The driver lineup may be even more diverse in 2025 and Sawalich only confirmed for five starts this time around. Youngster Crews appears lined up for nine starts, so he'll shoulder a good deal of the load. The young driver has had some good impact in the ARCA Menards Series thus far and is looking to get a foothold in the truck series in the upcoming season. It could be a year of mixed results, ups-and-downs for this race team. Read Past Outlooks

2024
2023
The young driver's second full season of truck series competition would yield just one Top-10 finish in 2023, but some incremental improvements were noticeable. Alan lowered his average finish year-on-year from 24.2 to 22.3, a nice improvement. His qualifying efforts also improved by over two spots. Alan moves from Niece Motorsports to Reaume Brothers Racing for the upcoming season. This truck was driven by multiple drivers last season, so the hope is that Alan's constant presence will improve performance for this team. The young Californian has 53 starts now in this division of NASCAR, so his experience is coming into focus. Still, this small race team has a lot of headwinds, so improved performance is not completely a given.
Alan is expected to be confirmed as returning to the Niece No. 45 Chevrolet for the upcoming season. The young driver had a struggle-filled campaign as a rookie last year. Alan grabbed just one Top-15 finish and found it difficult staying on the lead lap in several races last season. However, there was a ray of sunshine in the season finale at Phoenix last November as Alan finished a respectable 18th-place in the season finale. With just one full season of truck series racing under his belt, there's definite room for improvement. Darren Fraley should return as crew chief and help Alan get a better footing in the 2023 campaign.
