Dominguez saw his 2025/26 disrupted, managing just eight La Liga starts and 610 minutes after a more regular 2024/25 in which he racked up 76 clearances across 19 appearances. When he plays, he is a pure defensive presence, the sort of center-back who piles up clearances and blocks without offering much at the other end. That gives him niche value in formats that reward those actions, provided he wins back a starting role under manager Claudio Giraldez. Celta's center-back rotation is the key variable, and until his minutes look secure he is hard to trust week to week. He is best viewed as a cheap, defense-only flier who only becomes useful if he nails down a regular place in the back line this season.
