Edwin Cerrillo

ANALYSIS
Cerrillo served as a regular starter for the Galaxy over the past three seasons, and his most relevant numbers in MLS were his 40 shots (10 on target), 115 tackles (74 won), 111 clearances, one goal and one assist across 97 matches played. He'll now try his luck in a powerful Liga MX side that was lacking depth in defensive midfield. Cerrillo will compete with Alan Cervantes for a starting position and could easily become a reliable option to help the team maintain and recover possession, albeit with limited attacking upside.
