Limited impact off bench
Nmecha recorded no stats in Saturday's 2-1 loss against Arsenal.
ANALYSIS
Nmecha entered for the closing stages as Leeds searched for an equalizer but struggled to influence the match beyond a strong piece of hold-up play. He has accumulated just 75 minutes across five Premier League appearances this season, highlighting his limited involvement in manager Daniel Farke's attacking rotation. With Noah Okafor and Dominic Calvert-Lewin currently occupying the main attacking positions, Nmecha remains a backup option whose opportunities have largely been restricted to brief substitute appearances.

Contract talks placed on hold
Nmecha has seen negotiations over a new Leeds contract put on hold, creating further uncertainty over his future with the club, according to TEAMtalk.
ANALYSIS
Nmecha's existing deal expires at the end of the season, making the stalled negotiations increasingly significant as January approaches. The 25-year-old could explore other opportunities if his playing time doesn't increase and Leeds fail to restart discussions over an extension. As things stand now, he's more likely to leave Elland Road in January rather than sign a new deal with the Whites.
