Brunner is seeing a big changeover this offseason, as the forward has joined Monaco on a four-year deal but will not remain with them this campaign and instead will be sent on loan to Cercle Bruges for the 2024/25 season. He had yet to appear with Dortmund's first team, only serving with the U-19s where he would start in 28 of his 31 appearances, notching 23 goals and eight assists in his time on the field. That said, he is a promising young striker likely to be in search of first-team minutes once he returns from his loan spell.
