ANALYSIS
Ruud picked up arguably the biggest win of his career as he outlasted the No. 8-ranked Italian in just shy of three hours to reach the first Masters 1000 final of his career. The 21-year-old Norwegian had just lost to Berrettini at the US Open in straight sets, but the matchup played out much differently on clay.
