Palacio (knee) has been placed on the season-ending injury list, the Associated Press reports. He hurt the knee last month in a Reserve League match against New England.

Vaughn will be out four to six weeks after surgery to repair a shattered nose and other facial injuries after getting kicked in the face in Saturday's draw against Houston, the Washington Post reports.
