Bucks Control Pacers
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the visiting Indiana Pacers, 118-101, at Fiserv Forum on Friday evening.

The Pacers jumped out to a quick 8-0 lead, but the Bucks answered back with a 13-2 run to take the upper hand. The Bucks did not look back from there, as they pushed the lead to nine before settling on a 30-25 lead heading into the second. They kept their foot on the gas and quickly pushed their lead to 11, and although the Pacers made a push, the Bucks maintained their cushion and took a 62-53 lead into halftime. The third quarter once again belonged to Milwaukee, as the Buck outscored the Pacers 31-23 in the quarter, to take a 93-76 lead into the final frame. The Pacers battled hard but the Bucks matched them point for point in the fourth, to walk away with their second straight win.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way for Milwaukee, with 26 points, 15 rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block, in 31 minutes. Khris Middleton followed up with 23 points, four rebounds, four assists and one steal, while Malcolm Brogdon tallied 15 points, seven assists, four rebounds and two steals. The Bucks shot 47 percent from the field, including 17-of-47 from long range.

Meanwhile, Victor Oladipo led the Pacers with 25 points, five rebounds, one assist and one block, in 31 minutes. Doug McDermott chipped in 14 points on 5-of-8 shooting, in 20 minutes off the bench, while Myles Turner added 11 points, four rebounds and one block. The Pacers shot 44 percent from the field, including 6-of-18 from long range.

The Pacers (1-1) will be right back in action as they play host to the Nets on Saturday. The Bucks (2-0) play host to the Knicks on Monday.
