Hayward has made a full recovery from October surgery to address a dislocated left ankle and fractured tibia and isn't expected to face any limitations in training camp, Chris Forsberg of ESPN.com reports. "I'm saying that if our training camp were starting [now] that [Hayward and Kyrie Irving] would be here going full speed," Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge said.
