Personal Bio/PreCareer Summary

Vincent was born in 1996 to parents Franklyn and Cynthia. He grew up in Modesto, California and attended Modesto Christian High School as a freshman before transferring to St. Mary's High School. Through three years with St. Mary's, he became the school record holder in points (1,638) and three-pointers made (189). After high school, Vincent spent four years at UC Santa Barbara with an interest in religious studies. Vincent's favorite athlete is LeBron James, and his TV and movie favorites include Breaking Bad and the Harry Potter series. Vincent has also represented the Nigerian national team as recently as the 2019 FIBA World Basketball Cup in China. Vincent had a four-year career with UC Santa Barbara of the Big West conference, where he was a double-digit scorer in each year with the program. He was named the 2015 Big West Freshman of the Year in the 2014-15 season after averaging 10.1 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists across 28 games (21 starts). Vincent improved his scoring to 14.1 ppg his sophomore year, posting a career-high 27 points Jan. 14 against Cal Poly. He took another step forward with 14.8 ppg in his junior year, but missed the last eight games of the season. The scoring average dipped a bit his senior year, but he set a new career-high with 28 points March 1 against Long Beach State, and proceeded to earn second-team All-Big West honors. Vincent collected 243 three-pointers during his time with the Gauchos, which was good for 12th in Big West conference history. He also ranked 21st in career minutes played.

Continues strong play as starter
GMiami Heat
May 20, 2022
Vincent notched 14 points (5-10 FG, 4-8 3Pt), three rebounds and three assists across 24 minutes during Thursday's 127-102 loss to Boston in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
ANALYSIS
Vincent drew his fourth straight start in Kyle Lowry's (hamstring) absence. During that stretch, Vincent has averaged 13.3 points, 3.5 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 28.3 minutes per game. Even if Lowry returns for Game 3, Vincent will likely still garner a sizable role off the bench.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Set for bigger role Thursday
GMiami Heat
May 11, 2022
Kyle Lowry was ruled out for Game 6 of the series against the Sixers, according to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press, so Vincent is expected to handle a big role and experience an uptick in his playing time once again despite the fact that he's listed as questionable with a knee injury.
ANALYSIS
Vincent is completely healthy and is not expected to miss any time, so it's odd to see several players being listed as injured when they're yet to be ruled out from games. Even though there might be a chance that Vincent is not 100 percent healthy, expect him to be in the starting lineup with Lowry sidelined.
