Strydom had to settle for a share of fourth place after struggling to a one-over 73 in the final round of the Bahrain Championship.
ANALYSIS
Strydom came in to the final round just two shots adrift of the lead. He was able to grab ahold of the lead after turning in two-under 34, but had a back-nine to forget that included three bogeys and no birdies. Nevertheless the two-time winner on the DP World Tour still had a strong showing that was much needed after having missed the cut in 18 of his previous 21 starts. Strydom will tee it up again at the Qatar Masters.
