Picks 8|FRONTS|27|FRONTS|10

Yes, the Rangers/Twins total was a trap. I've spent so much time in traps this year you'd think I was caddying for Erickson.

Still a wiseass. Unbelievable.

Washington +145, one unit. Jaime Garcia's primary stats still don't match his peripherals, so we'll take plus money against the reeling Cardinals.

Kansas City/Cleveland over 8.5 (-110), two units. Neither offense is that impressive, but the line is low off of Brian Bullington's eight shutout innings against the Yankees, which is still all over his stat line.

Pittsburgh +158, 1.5 units. Very big James McDonald fan here, and I think I missed some value missing his first few starts as a Pirate.

Philadelphia +128, one unit. Fading Mat Latos isn't exciting. This is a bet on the better team and the sense that losing Tony Gwynn's great defensive performance in center will chip away at the Padres.
