Barnhizer (foot) will be ready by the beginning of Northwestern's 2024-25 season, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
ANALYSIS
While not cleared just yet, Barnhizer will be in just over a month, when Northwestern's 2024-25 team begins its regular season Nov. 4 against Lehigh. The senior guard broke out during their 2023-24 campaign with averages of 14.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.2 three-pointers made across his 34 games started, all career bests. Unlike last season, when it was relatively unclear how much of an impact Barnhizer would have, he is the Wildcats' most proving option going into their upcoming campaign.
