ANALYSIS
While Duke has essentially tightened its rotation to eight men for the closer conference games, Young has managed to hold on to a spot, serving as the backup center for a team with Final Four aspirations. The problem is that this role leaves Young's fantasy value largely non-existent due to the inconsistency. Sure, his 10 points here was the second time this season he was able to reach double figures, but he entered this game with a whopping one point on 0-of-2 shooting over his last two contests combined. It's a far more valuable real-life role than fantasy one.
