Noe Ruelas News: Signs with Central Florida

Ruelas has signed with Central Florida on Thursday, per UCF Football.

Ruelas will transfer for the second time in his career after spending last season at JMU. The 6-foot-1 kicker went 16-for-20 on field goal attempts, converting at an 80 percent clip and finishing perfect on tries inside 40 yards.
