Week 6 Bye Weeks - HOU, MIN.

London Game: Broncos vs. Jets

Welcome to the Weekly Value Meter Rankings. This is a guide to help you decide who to start and sit in a given week. It's is not a season-long ranking nor a draft guide, and it's also not really intended as a free agent guide. While I appreciate that you want my opinion on pickups, every league is different, and your decision on whether to add/drop a particular player might also be dictated by other factors than who is rated higher in a given week.

Here are my operating assumptions for the rankings:

- The RB/WR/TE position rankings are for PPR leagues.
- The Flex rankings are for Standard leagues.
- 1 point per 10 rushing/receiving yards.
- 1 point per 20 passing yards.
- 4 points per passing touchdowns.

These are the fantasy football rankings I use when I make my start/sit decisions. Please consult the rankings first before asking "Should I start Patrick Mahomes or Bryce Young?"

These are my particular rankings. If you want a second opinion elsewhere on the site, you can see our Weekly Projections.

Each week after Week 1, the first set of rankings will be posted late on Tuesday night. I will then do a set of updates before kickoff on Thursday, and again before kickoff on Sunday morning.

When setting your lineups, make sure to refer to the NFL inactives to ensure all of your players are set to

14.Sam Darnold SEA at JAX
15.Bryce Young CAR vs. DAL
16.*Mac Jones SF at TB

Note: Fields got there in garbage time for us in back-to-back weeks.
18.*Justin Herbert LAC at MIA

Note: Lawrence demonstrated both his upside and downside in the win over the Chiefs on Monday night, with his scrambling ability winning out in the end.
20.*Kyler Murray ARZ at IND

5.Jahmyr Gibbs DET at KC

17.*Rico Dowdle CAR vs. DAL
Note: After Dowdle's monster game against Miami, will we see a difference in the usage patterns whenever Chuba Hubbard (calf) is fully healthy?
18.*Derrick Henry BAL vs. LAR
Note: Henry's struggles continued in the loss to the Texans, with him netting only 33 yards on 15 carries.

Note: Pacheco on Monday night looked the best he has since his injury last season, but it was still Kareem Hunt who got the red zone work.
38.Bhayshul Tuten JAC vs. SEA
39.*Ollie Gordon MIA vs. LAC
Note: Gordon's role was diminished against Carolina, which is two weeks in a row where he's been used minimally despite a mini-breakout against Buffalo in Week 3.
40.Blake Corum LA at BAL
