Rest-of-Season Projections
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Hodge will spend a third straight season in Atlanta after re-signing this offseason. He appeared in all 34 games over the past two years, totaling 27 catches (on 43 targets) for 434 yards and a score. Arthur Smith was fired, and defensive-minded Raheem Morris will take over as head coach this season. However, former Rams passing game coordinator Zac Robinson will lead the Falcons' new-look offense, which added QB Kirk Cousins and WRs Darnell Mooney and Casey Washington. While Atlanta's passing attack should be improved in 2024, Hodge faces stiff competition for consistent offensive snaps. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Key special teamer
Hodge made the Falcons' initial 53-man roster Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Hodge is back for a third season in Atlanta, and his role isn't expected to change much. He played a career-high 358 offensive snaps in 2023 but had similar production to his first year with the Falcons when he put up a 13-202-1 line. Hodge moves down the WR pecking order after the additions of Ray-Ray McCloud and Darnell Mooney, but will remain a key special-teams player for Atlanta in 2024.

Miller signed with Atlanta this offseason and may take over for Damiere Byrd, who averaged 20.6 yards per catch last year, as the team's deep threat in 2023. A 2019 sixth-round pick, Miller posted more than 15 YPC in both of his first two campaigns, but he combined for less than 8.0 YPC between 2021 and 2022, including 23 receptions for 185 yards in 15 games for Tampa Bay last season. His best statistical showing came in 2020, when he posted a 33-501-3 line on 53 targets, but he'll have difficulty replicating those numbers while operating as the fourth or fifth pass-catching option in Atlanta's run-first offense.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Gets look from Houston
Hodge had a visit scheduled with the Texans on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
ANALYSIS
Houston just traded Brandin Cooks to Dallas, so adding some veteran depth at wideout to help replace him could become a priority for the team. Hodge saw more snaps on special teams last year with the Falcons than he did on offense, however, and has never caught more than 13 passes in a season, so he's highly unlikely to replace Cooks' production if he does land with the Texans.
