A third-round pick in 2024, Liufau bounced between defensive duties and special teams to begin his career, but the Notre Dame product moved into a starting role late in the year and churned out 24 tackles over the final four games, a 102-tackle pace over a full season. New defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus gets the most out of his linebackers, but Liufau faces stiff competition from veterans Kenneth Murray and Jack Sanborn for a starting job, as well as from DeMarvion Overshown once he's healthy.
